Request
Request deletion in the app when available or email support@theratale.app from your account email. We may verify the request.
Deletion scope
Deletion may include account data, saved stories, child profile inputs, preferences and generated content. Some records may be retained for legal, security, payment, dispute or backup reasons.
Safety
Do not send unnecessary photos of children, addresses, school names, medical details or sensitive information in deletion requests.
